1984 DeFever Raised Pilothouse

From the teak swimplatform, you enter the extended hardtop covered aftdeck via the transom gate and find lazarette access, side deck same level access with wing doors, teak ladder to the flybridge and double teak & glass doors to the salon. Once inside the salon, you will find a glass /storage cabinet starboard aft, 2 lounge chairs to starboard, a storage cabinet starboard forward, L-shaped seating/storage with a hi/lo table port aft, countertop with 2 stools port forward. The galley is port forward and a separate washer and dryer and side deck access door are to starboard of the galley. Traveller is a Plan B model, so there is a companionway to the master stateroom and raised pilothouse. In the pilothouse, you will find L-shaped seating with a hi/lo table port aft, Pompanette helmseat, side deck access door on each side, stairs to the guest staterooms starboard forward. On the lower deck, there is a guest stateroom forward with four single size berths and a head port aft of this stateroom. The master stateroom is amidships with a queen size berth, ensuite head with an enclosed shower and 1/2 tub and companionway aft to the salon. Engine room access is via a door aft in the master stateroom.

The headroom in the salon is 6'6", 6'11" in the guest stateroom, 6'6" in the guest head, 6'6" in the master stateroom, 5'8" in the master stateroom shower, 6'8" in the galley, 6'6" in the pilothouse, 6'4" on the flybridge and 6'4" on the aftdeck. The master stateroom berth is 7' long, the buest stateroom upper berths re 7'5" long and the lower guest stateroom berths are 7'2" long.

The height above the waterline to the top of the KVH satellite TV dome is 21'6" and 18'6" to the top of the flybridge windscreen with the hinged Radar arch lowered.

Traveller offers a full-beam master stateroom amidships with a queen size berth and ensuite head with enclosed shower. Traveller is a Plan B model, so there is an extra companionway from the master stateroom to the salon. The guest stateroom is forward and offer four single size berths. the guest head is to port in the forward companionway between the master stateroom and guest stateroom.

The salon offers L-shaped seating with storage and a hi/lo table port aft, double teak & glass doors to the aftdeck, storage cabinets starboard aft and forward, 2 lounge chairs to starboard, aft window, opening side windows, shades, magazine rack, carpet, Samsung flat screen TV, 2 stools at the port forward countertop and a Toyotomi Oil Miser diesel fired heating system.

The galley is port forward in the salon.
