Purchased our used boat from Tampa Yacht Sales, Chris Crane was our listing broker. I found the boat online just as Covid-19 was starting to ramp up. Chris returned my call immediately and set up a time to view the boat. I could not travel from Boca Raton to St. Pete to see the boat. I had a friend and his wife from Tampa meet with Chris to view the boat. Chris and the boat owner were very cordial and accommodating to my friends for almost three hours, even taking them on a sea trial. I made an offer the same day after my friends debriefed me on their findings and opinion. Again, because of Covid-19, I was not able to participate hands on with boat viewing, survey, transport preparation etc. I was doing everything remotely and I am a very hands on individual. Chris handled it all! He set up and oversaw presurvey repairs, managed the survey, handled the closing, prepped and delivered the boat to the ramp for the transport to Boca. All of this took 30 days and Chris communicated continuously via email, text and phone. I always knew where we were in the process as it moved along. Chris's dedication to his work and attention to detail made a process that can be stressful in the best of times, most enjoyable in the worst of times! The boat arrived in Boca Raton and was everything we expected! Tampa Yacht Sales and Chris Crane will be my future go to for any boat transaction.
